(1) Vendor needs to provide ticketing donor and marketing software solution free ticketed events for students – Ticketing include – Must support real-time ticket sales from inventory out of a single database through multiple sales channels, including but not limited to, box office, telephone, walk-up, internet, campus locations and remote outlets- Must support print-at-home and electronic printing functionalities with department-defined promotional space content and provide bulk print for electronic delivery capabilities- Must be able to integrate with a secondary market ticket reseller- must support a robust online account management system to allow patrons to manage their tickets donations with functionality including transfers, exchanges, reprints, and season renewals. allow subscriber package patrons to have access to their season seats through the online system.- Must support Shibboleth integration, Single-Sign-On or faculty, staff, and students to purchase tickets at their price tier through SSO verification- Donor Management including – able to track and maintain a priority loyalty ranking system based on multiple customer loyalty behaviours including, but not limited to, ticket sales, donations history, athletic event attendance and consumer behaviour such as demographics, socio-economic status and other related consumer behaviour- Must be able to support multiple, fund specific transactions within separate, major donor campaigns- Customer Relationship Management including – functional email marketing capability able to store information pertaining to a specific customer- Must be able to export and have the ability to upload import data to system- Must be able to deploy, track measure marketing initiatives across multiple channels including email, direct mail, social media, and telemarketing campaign- Must be able to integrate with third party platforms- able to track relationships within patron records, including family alumni, student, colleagues of any companies- able to pull reports, patron lists, by zip codes and other categories for marketing purposes.- own email software integrated into the system for marketing purposes- Must have full access to the web CMS to quickly make changes(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 14, 2018.(3) The contract term will be for three years.
