(1) Vendor needs to provide food services for head start and state preschool programs service to the government authority located in San Bernardino, California.
– Handling and preparing food and delivery guidelines to provide and deliver breakfast, lunch and snacks to various head start and state preschool sites throughout the county.
– The food until the time of delivery. The quality and temperature must be maintained at or below 41℉ for milk, yogurt and other refrigerated items or at or above 140℉ for meals and food, if being delivered hot. If not at 140℉, hot meals need to be delivered to the sites in enough time to allow reheating to the appropriate temperature.
– Change breakfast, lunch, and snack menus on a quarterly basis to reflect seasonal changes.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 09, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for three-year.
