(1) Vendor needs to provide surgical service to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.
– Provide service to cover the repair, service, and restoration to factory specifications of video microscopes, and electronics regardless of cause of damage.
– This contract shall cover all repairs and maintenance and factory restoration that is needed for all endoscopes and endoscope accessory equipment, regardless of cause of malfunction.
– Providing crates for endoscopes, shipping, labeling, and providing updates to the biomedical engineering department and medical and surgical services on the progress of the endoscope repair
– Provide loaner endoscopes of an equal quality when repairs on a scope or electronic is necessary.
(2) The contract will be four years.
