(1) Vendor needs to provide Food Service Management Company (FSMC) Service for manage the
Agency’s school food service program to the government authority located in Rockaway, NJ.
– Meat and seafood
– Beef, lamb, and veal
– Pork
– Poultry
– Seafood
– Fresh eggs
– Fruit and vegetables
– Fresh fruits and vegetables
– Staple groceries
– Bread, rolls, cookies, pies, cakes and pudding either prepared or baked on premises or purchased.
– The FSMC shall provide and pay a staff of its management and operational employees assigned to duty on the agency’s premises for efficient management of the food service program. The FSMC’s employees will be subject to the rules and regulations of the agency while on the agency’s premises. However, the FSMC shall set the terms and conditions of employment for its employees.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 20, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
(4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on April, 24, 2023.
