(1) Vendor needs to provide food and nutrition product procurement and delivery services to the government authority located in Largo, FL.
– The distribution vendor will be responsible for but not limited to
– Offering a fixed per case fee for delivered product
– Competitively bid products that are requested by the district following the district’s specifications
– Administration, storage, and delivery of processed foods.
– Delivery twice weekly to the district’s main warehouse.
– Delivering supplies and emergency products as required
– Delivering products from other district solicitations.
– Allow access and ordering ability from the commercial market basket for the 2 adult cafeterias and for catering events
(3) The contract period will be for three years.
(4) Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on February 28, 2023.
