(1) Vendor needs to provide beer and wine concession services include malt beverages include pilsner, lager, ale, seltzer and malt beverages are to be sold in cans and wine include riesling, zinfandel, cabernet, chardonnay, rose, wine must be served in plastic cups or cans to the government authority located in Irving, TX.
– To provide high peak tents for concessions to be sold at all events unless branded tents for the malt beverages and wine brands are being provided by vendor. The City will provide electricity needs to vendor.
(2) The contract period will be for one year.
