(1) Vendor needs to provide catering services to the government authority located in Houston, Texas.
– Agency requests a qualified organization to provide quality catered meals to 200 children and 30 adults will be served.
– Respondent shall describe the process of providing breakfast, lunch and dinner to 7 days a week.
– Provide weekly nutritional analysis for breakfast and lunch menus.
– Provide weekly food production records for breakfast and lunch menus.
– Must be able to meet the menu and meal patter and nutritional requirements for the lunch meals and the breakfast meals for age or grade group 9-12.
– Respondents shall describe a return and exchange policy as part of their proposal. inspection of products will be conducted by an agency employee upon delivery.
(2) The contract period will be for year.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 14, 2023.
