(1) Vendor needs to provide food services for the meals required for responders are estimated at 200 people per meal serving period, up to four meals per day (two per twelve-hour shift), or more on a daily basis during the months of June through November, or in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency related crises to the government authority located in Galveston, TX.
– Proposers shall furnish all staging of equipment, hot and cold food products, beverages, utensils, disposable paper plates and cups, plastic bags for clean up, and personnel necessary for an efficient and sanitary catering and clean up service for first responders, government employees, various elected and appointed officials, state and local representatives, and other emergency management personnel in the event of a natural disaster, or other related crises.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 28, 2023.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 12, 2023.
