Government Authority located in Colorado; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for supplemental nutrition assistance program-outreach program services. – USA (Colorado) – Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Outreach Program Services – Deadline June 22,2023

(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental nutrition assistance program-outreach program services to the government authority located in Colorado.
– The State agency is responsible for administering outreach plan activities and managing outreach funds.
– Provide in-person and virtual direct application assistance to any state resident who wishes to apply, including assistance with obtaining required documentation, and / or provide informational activities to Colorado residents who are potentially eligible or interested in applying.
– Create, implement, and conduct SNAP outreach for potentially eligible persons and community partner organizations that can lead persons to SNAP Outreach partners. As part of the proposal process, organizations will have the opportunity to present their outreach methods. Organizations must demonstrate how their strategies meet mandatory components, while also demonstrating flexibility in plan design.
– Must provide initial SNAP application assistance, recertifications, and mid-certification (periodic) report forms.
– Must submit at least 2500 SNAP applications every fiscal year, on behalf of potentially eligible Coloradans.
– Must provide application assistance
– The specialized portal given to vendors. Organizations should be familiar with PEAK and/or computer-based application assistance and adhere to all applicable State policies. All applying partners must agree to utilize this system for future outcomes and evaluation tracking and provide manual information as requested.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 1, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
