(1) Vendor needs to provide fitness center cafe services to the government authority located in Ann Arbor, MI.
– The college is seeking a coffee shop or healthy cafe vendor or partner that is flexible and able to offer a variety of different products and make fast changes when the patrons tastes change.
– The college is open to consider all menu proposals.
– Historically the cafe has offered coffee drinks and a variety of healthy food and drink selections such as protein drinks, smoothies, fruit drinks, soups, salads, sandwiches, bagels, yogurt, healthy snacks, etc.
(2) The contract period will be for five years.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 1, 2023.
(4) An optional site-visit will be held on February 27, 2023.
