Future leaders look at ways to increase youth engagement in trade for peace worldwide
Young leaders from the trade and peace communities met on 27 February to share experiences across disciplines and discuss solutions to current challenges in building peace. Jointly organized by the Graduate Institute Peacebuilding Initiative and the WTO, the matchmaking and networking event allowed participants to engage in a series of speed meetings aimed at finding ways of achieving greater youth involvement, breaking away from the silo-based approach when it comes to the relationship between trade and peace.
