DG joins world leaders in call to mobilize USD 12.5 billion for climate action in Africa

WTO Director-General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala participated on 8 November in a high-level event with world leaders at COP27 in Sharm El-Sheikh, where a call was made to mobilize USD 12.5 billion over five years to support Africa’s transition to greener economies and climate adaptation.
