CC-1285 – USA (Alabama) -Global After-Hours Telephone Answering and Paging Service – Deadline October 29,2018

Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 telephone answering service including all holidays, after hours, lunch hour service, and other times deemed necessary including all long-distance charges, call backs, paging and patching with unlimited calls at a flat rate.
– Vendor also needs to answer the telephones Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. noon when the telephones will be forwarded to the answering service while it is closed for lunch, and then it will resume answering telephone calls from 1:00 p.m. to 5 p.m. (CST). the vendor must answer and forward the calls to the on-call staff on the weekends.
