[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide personal protective equipment to the government authority located in White Plains, NY.
– Bidders must maintain adequate stock levels of equipment being bid at all times in order to ensure timely delivery.
– Products will be ordered by county facilities on an as needed basis. there are no minimum order requirements, but agencies will be encouraged to order items in bulk to maximize efficiencies, and orders shall be placed in standard packaging requirements. pricing to be quoted, however, shall be for individual units.
– All costs for delivering product to county facilities will be the responsibility of the awarded vendor. the county will not pay delivery or surcharges of any kind.
– All cleaning products shall be registered and shown to be effective against SARS-COV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
– Product substitutions, especially concerning the N95 respirators, must be equal in form and function to what has been requested. the county of will be the sole judge as to compatibility.
– All must indicate make, model, specifications, and packaging for items being bid in the space below each specified item.

– EPA approved quaternary disinfectant for hard surfaces
